Yun hi nhi kehte ki yeh chenab ka darya ishq se bharya hai

I've always been fascinated with rivers; and all thanks to the books and folktales I've read; especially with the river Chenab. Be it sohni, heer or sahiba the chenab has had a crucial arc in their stories; wherein for once it emerges as a callous and cold river swallowing sohni, in another as a murshid for raanjha to reach his heer and also as the river that gave birth to sahiba and mirza. Establishing chenab as the river of love which flows harmoniously from one folklore to another.

And here's yet another reason to have an immense love for the river Chenab. A beautiful song not about the river, not about sohni, heer, or sahiban but simply and purely.. just about love.
