To be fair, he did put up quite the little struggle as he was dragged to Halone knows where by Galen– someone he already was not entirely fond of. The struggling, if it could even be called that, soon tapered off into mild complaining and annoyed huffs until he was forced into a seat and his helm was discarded.
With lips sealed shut, he shot a glare towards the other Dragoon, clearly extremely unhappy with whatever was about to take place. A minute or two passed and he felt fingers kneading through his tangle of white hair, causing the usually stoic Elezen to go completely lax and a grumble lowly his throat.
Galen arched an eyebrow at his reaction, amused by this new vision of the Azure Dragoon. “Seems I may have found a weak spot.” He teased as he made sure to put more pressure on his scalp.
The grumbling, nearer to purring by that point, became a growl. He was not happy to be made fun of, but was having immense difficultly keeping himself mad when his hair was being tugged and washed so wonderfully. He couldn’t even place the last time he was pampered– even if it had to be by the idiot he knew as Galen.
Galen whistled as he brushed out knots with his fingers, soon washing out the soap he had rubbed in earlier with warm water as to not disrupt “the princess”. He made quick work of drying the other man’s hair and cocked his hip to the side as he finished. “What a nice surprise, you actually look handsome when you don’t resemble a tangle of weeds.”
When he received no retort or angry huff, he walked in front of Estinien and eyed him carefully. He snorted as he took notice of him fast asleep, head tilted slightly to the side and eyelashes gently resting against his cheeks. With a devious glint in his eyes, Galen couldn’t help but wonder how his comrade would look with some makeup and rushed off to retrieve some before the sleeping dragon awoke.
