If Ace had survived and vowed to become Pirate King to honor White Beard's memory, how much of a threat to Luffy's ambitions to become Pirate King would he be by now? People like Kidd are jokes compared to Ace. Ace had the blood, the backstory, the power. The effortless charisma. The ridiculously strong allies like Marco and Yamato. He's a true contender and the narrative takes him very seriously.

I love this question, especially everything that attributes to the possibility of keeping Ace present in the story.

First and foremost, if Ace were to start competing to be Pirate King, he wouldn't do it for the title. Rather, as you said, he would have to honor Whitebeard's memory and perhaps assume the position of "The Strongest Man in the World." In addition to all of this, his main goal will always be to defeat Teach.

Now, how does his relationship with Luffy fit into this? Ace and Luffy would go all out against each other, but not to the point of killing the other. Each has their own reasons for this: Luffy wants to prove his strength to Ace, and Ace would want to constantly verify that Luffy has the strength to continue on this path. Canonically, Ace isn't interested in being Pirate King, but making a name for himself requires facing those vying for the title, so it's not a bad idea to visualize two or three fights between Luffy and Ace at different points:

-The first: Ace has to leave Rukushina/Amazon Lily after seeing that Luffy is stable. Luffy wants to accompany him or doesn't want Ace to leave. But this results in Ace having to show him the power differences he will encounter in the New World.

-The second: In the Wano arc, Ace would be a central figure. As soon as he heard from the news and through Marco and Nekomamushi what Luffy was planning to do, he immediately left with Whitebeard's fleet for Wano. The confrontation would be brief, but it would be enough for Ace to notice that Luffy has become stronger, however, he and the other more experienced pirates know that it's not enough to face Kaido. Whitebeard's fleet battles Big Mom's ship at Wano Waterfall, while on Onigashima Ace, Izou, and Marco are constantly at the center of the battle, Ace can face Big Mom (either alone or with Torao and Kid).

-The third: At some point, the last Poneglyph will be the epicenter of the ultimate battle between the pirates of this era, so this would be the moment where both give their all against each other.

Although of course, there are many variants, especially the order in which each character falls between Luffy and Ace's objectives, but I definitely think Ace would have been a constant wake-up call for Luffy, and definetly the story would be different (Dressrosa, for Example)

Let's see a theory. What's an alternate reality look like where All For One loves Tomura Shigaraki as much as All Might loves Izuku? AFO and Garaki really were plotting to turn this guy into the new symbol of evil. No fooling.

This question has a tricky theory, mainly because in the last chapters of the manga we see All For One's way of being: possession and ownership. He saw his brother as a thing for a good part of their lives before seeing him as a threat or enemy.

Canonically, we can say that everything AFO did for Tenko could easily be his way of loving him.

But let's just say AFO is a normal person and not a moron.

AFO saw the OFA pass from hand to hand for at least two centuries, but there's a change when All Might arrives as the bearer: the trust of past generations in the future could defeat him. What are the chances that if he rises again, it will turn out well?

AFO has long considered the possibility of having different body receptors to continue fighting, but he realizes that this is no longer enough. The command has to change, because even if he gets a new body, he knows that the OFA is strong enough now to adapt and win again.

At this point, Tenko has been under his command for years. He has different options for how to use him on the board. A new evolution of Tenko's power awakened when he saw AFO's state after his defeat against All Might (five years before Season 1). This gives AFO the answer: you're next.

And it's not simply to play a trick on some vestige of a Quirk, but because Tomura's personality (as anxious and impatient as it may be) genuinely matches AFO's at this point.

AFO knows it's only a matter of time before All Might selects his successor; no one is safe from an attack like the One he did to the hero. Tomura learns from AFO and Garaki, Garaki starts the Nomu project, and by the time the USJ arc arrives, Tomura has already slowly begun his metamorphosis into the symbol of evil, and despite losing, he regenerates easily and gains a tiny percentage of power in defeat.

That means: Tomura's power would scale at the same time Midoriya evolves, although it would be slightly higher.

By the time the My Villain Academia arc arrives, Garaki gives him one last upgrade, but it takes the same amount of time to complete as it does in canon (if not less, considering Tenko's progress up to this point).

I don't know if Tenko would win in the end or not, but he would definitely decimate the heroes.

Oh, and AFO definetly dies in Kamino or because All Might

If you had to cut Class 1-A in half, who goes into the dumpster? Only 10 kids allowed. Bonus Round: Class 1-B and Shiketsu do not exist. Do you salvage any of the characters for Class 1-A? You get 20 total kids.

I don't know if I've talked about this before, but I thought an element that would add more tension to the manga would be having first-year students leave UA as the arcs and events unfold.

But since it's more of a "personally, how would you do it" kind of question, well, here's my top 10 on who I would choose to stay:

- Midoriya

- Uraraka

- Shoji

- Iida

- Yaoyorozu

- Jiro

- Kirishima

- Tokoyami

- Ojiro

- Ashido

and also, class 1-B or Shiketsu characters that I would personally add:
