Packserv introduces a new edition to it’s rental fleet, the VF-VSS Single Head Vibratory Weigh FIller.
This in-demand filler is idea for filling powders, granules and flakes, such as herbs, spices, confectionery, tablets, coffee beans, nuts, sugar, and salt.

The VF-VSS is designed to suit small to medium scale manufacturing environments that don’t require expensive auger fillers. Unlike auger fillers the Vibratory Weigh Filler won’t mince or mash up the product because it does not have any moving parts that will break the product apart during the filling process.
The Vibratory Weigh Filler comes with a detachable hopper that has an adjustable throat opening and can accommodate up to 30KG of product, with other sizes of hoppers are also available to suit your fill requirements.
The VF-VSS is made from stainless steel and is fitted with rubber feet to eliminate transmission of vibration to the mounting surface.The frequency and amount of tray movement (stroke) can be adjusted to suit the feed rate required. This bench-top machine requires set up on a level surface, single phase power, and compressed air. This machine is easy to operate, and just as easy to clean.
