This is a cheap, easy and effective solution for anyone who needs to be able to add variable data information into their production. It incorporates a label applicator and a printer.
Are you thinking that this seems like an obvious problem that there are many solutions for? sure, you can use a ticketing price gun, buy a conveyor and an ink jet coder, write it on by hand, use an ink pad and a rubber stamp, do a hot foil code, order your labels pre-printed and hope you don’t need to make any changes, do an over-label and order expensive short runs of small label and additional label rolls and then try to get your existing equipment to over-label in the right place every time, well, we also have a solution for the over-label issue as well, it is called 'Orientation'.
This solution will suit anyone who needs to add variable data to existing labels, provided there are no “protective coating” issues we should be able to mark your existing stock with whatever information you need to tell your consumers about, like use by dates and batch numbers, even bar codes.

An easy and cost effective solution for packaging products.
One of the things that all beauty product manufacturers have in common is the process of packaging their products. It is a process that although very “unglamorous” is undeniably a major operational issue that impacts the cost of manufacturing and budgets for all businesses, large and small.
Today’s market is fiercely competitive, consumers place a lot of emphasis on the external appeal or ‘beauty’ of product packaging. Creativity of design and beautifully crafted packaging is undoubtedly an important factor in an industry that focuses on aesthetics. The one thing that consumers are blissfully unaware of is the impact of manufacturing and the costs and challenges associated with producing these products. These costs are unavoidable.
Packaging equipment is the largest expense in the packaging process, these assets present an enormous investment, the capital outlay of production lines together with premises and operations staff could very well become unaffordable especially for start up businesses, so perhaps the most popular solution in the marketplace today is outsourcing packaging requirements to Contract Packers.
Contract Packers are usually part of a larger manufacturing facility that have appropriate, regulated premises, commonly referred to as ‘Plants’ - comprising of packaging equipment, specialised staff and engineering facilities. Every step or part of the development and manufacturing process that is farmed out to contractors will eat into profit margins, over-use of external services can have a major impact in terms of business longevity. The “beauty” with a rental solution like this is that it inevitably eliminates the pressure that most small businesses deal with relating to producing enormous quantities of product at any one time. Having the freedom to choose to package quantities directly relating to orders may be of enormous benefit when scheduling production and delivery timelines. Packaging equipment can be hired based on the needs (and space) of the business, production lines consisting of multiple head automatic fillers with conveyers, auto-cap tighteners, rotary sorting and unscrambling tables can achieve at least 100,000 units per week and are suitable for Plants. A Bench-top model set-up (semi automatic) will do up to 50,000 units per week and are suited to in-house operations or smaller businesses. The bench-top model set-up is so compact that it could literally be set up in a lounge room, the operator does not require any specialised training or previous handling experience. The equipment is easy to operate, functional and does not pose any harm or risk to the operator.

This in-demand filler is idea for filling powders, granules and flakes, such as herbs, spices, confectionery, tablets, coffee beans, nuts, sugar, and salt.

The VF-VSS is designed to suit small to medium scale manufacturing environments that don’t require expensive auger fillers. Unlike auger fillers the Vibratory Weigh Filler won’t mince or mash up the product because it does not have any moving parts that will break the product apart during the filling process.
The Vibratory Weigh Filler comes with a detachable hopper that has an adjustable throat opening and can accommodate up to 30KG of product, with other sizes of hoppers are also available to suit your fill requirements.
The VF-VSS is made from stainless steel and is fitted with rubber feet to eliminate transmission of vibration to the mounting surface.The frequency and amount of tray movement (stroke) can be adjusted to suit the feed rate required. This bench-top machine requires set up on a level surface, single phase power, and compressed air. This machine is easy to operate, and just as easy to clean.
