✈️🇬🇧 No.40 Squadron RAF putting on their flying equipment at Foggia Main, Italy. This is for the last night bombing operation undertaken by their Vicker Wellington B Mark X.
On the night of 13/14 March 1945, six Wellingtons joined a force of Consolidated Liberators in an attack on the marshalling yards at Treviso, Italy.
