Local communities have stopped ICE from purchasing TWELVE warehouse sites that would have been retrofitted into internment camps.
Together, they prevented ICE from being able to hold 41,500 more people captive.

You're starting to see how the work you've been doing is paying off, so let yourself celebrate. Even if it's for a "little victory" or a small treat for yourself, let yourself bask in the light of those successes. Let this be a reminder that you can find success in the midst of chaos and uncertainty and struggle. Celebrate the good things that come from your efforts. Just because they aren't grand gestures or affect large scale change doesn't mean it's for naught. You've done a lot of work so live it up a little. 😉
The Little Victories:
A nice trip to town.
I went into town today and it was a really good time. 😊💜
I went in to get some odds and sods, tobacco, and have a look at some shops and the like, it had been like 2 and a bit months since I went to town last, so it has also been a little while since I last practiced being outside. 😅
I had a nice wander cause I wasn't in any rush, and after I checked that I had a little money to spend (earlier than expected 😁) , I treated myself to some accessories, 4 stainless steel rings (there were 9 that I really liked so it was good practice at not cheapening or tarnishing the moment with impulse purchasing), I really like them, I wanted them, and I could afford them, that's it, I didn't ask myself or anyone for permission and it didn't need to be any more than that, didn't overthink about it, or bargain with myself just bought and enjoyed.
[CC:] 4 stainless steel rings, 2 are ones you can rotate
the bonus about the 2 rings that are on individual fingers they are the type of rings that rotate around the band itself, so it's a little fidget toy/tactile surface for hand stimming. 😁🖤✨
