#JackedKirby - The Many Faces of The Thing!!! 💥💥💥 One of Jack’s most recognizable character designs really went through a whole lotta changes throughout his 102 issue run on FF (plus annuals!). 💥💥💥 I’m that roughly 10 year span Ben Grimm’s rocky visage took some drastic turns... it’s kind of ironic that whenever a new artist jumps on an FF books people usually critique The Thing’s look the most of it’s not the iconic “rocky brow” version of Jack’s they remember. The thing is... that version from Jack wasn’t always how they remember it!!!! 💥💥💥 This collage of the many faces of The Thing during Kirby’s run was put together by original comic art guru Victor Lim and shared in a few comic groups I follow on FB.
