Friday the 13th part 2 video disc
ORIGINAL VHD videodisc opening from promo US disc
This is a darker variation on the opening logo seen on Japanese VHD videodiscs during their first few years starting in 1983. This was taken from a promotional disc made for the January 1982 Consumer Electronics Show consisting of a performance of Claude Bolling's Concerto for Classical Guitar and Jazz Piano, which was later released on Laserdisc from Pioneer Artists. VHD Programs Inc had a different opening for their regular US releases which were ultimately cancelled although a few exist.
