This is the first time I’ve tried the TUMS Regular Strength Peppermint Antacids. They do work as described, chewing 2-4 tablets when I had heartburn. I was not a fan of the peppermint taste or texture while chewing, or swallowing the tablets. Tablet texture is like chalk while being peppermint flavored. Taste is a subjective thing, and I prefer something more citrus-like to mask the chalkiness. I’ve had Tropical flavored antacid tablets in the past, and much prefer their taste. Overall, they are effective at their job. I would use them in time of need. I took off one star due to flavor and texture.
