San Diego is starting to return to its beautiful self as the wildfires dissipate. Just in time for a four hour, 48-mile training ride. My longest ride to date! Training for two days of 75 miles back to back during the Pedal the Cause cycling fundraiser.
My turbo training was momentarily paused when a sweet soul stopped to commune with me. My legs enjoyed the short-lived reprieve and I smiled at the sound of a friendly call.
