Today has been a decent day and I expect that it will continue to be so. I had a wonderful session speaking with my counselor this morning followed by a peaceful walk and a great talk along the Schuylkill River Trail. Early in my walk I found myself struggling with a dark memory from my past that was connected to this very trail. But I immediately received insight from a wise soul on the importance of reclaiming territory that was once a place of peace and joy for me.
