“EG HAR IKKJE NÅGEN RESPEKT FOR DE I DET HEILA TATT”
So, yeah ... I totally forgot to post the results of the 500D behind the goal. But for some reason I'm not able to sleep right now, so therefore I figured I'd do some business instead.
These pictures were taken with the Canon EOS 500D with a Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8-4.5 DC OS HSM lens. I tried to trigger this wirelessly, but the IR remote didn't work to great from the angle I was hoping to use it ... Therefore I just manually focused it, set it to Av and went over and pressed the button when it was possible to get a few good shots from this angle. These were shot in JPEG, due to deadlines which doesn't give me enough time for importing all the RAW-files, and they are edited in Lightroom 5.
I don't think I'll do this for a professional game. At least not this season. I find it to heavy to carry the tripod with me ... However I will probably keep using the 500D with the Sigma lens, only handheld.

Preparing for todays game!
Right now I'm seated in my regular seat in the administration part of Viking Stadion (stadium). At the moment it is only 45 minutes 'till kick off, and I am preparing for the game.
I will soon go to press dedicated room, mainly to get some free coffee and cake, before going out to the field.
I'm really looking forward for today's game, and I can't wait to try out my new setup which you can read more about in one of yesterdays posts.
