Minnesota Vikings have defensive lineman Christo Bilukidi in for a work-out

Canadian defensive lineman Christo Bilukidi will work out for the Vikings today

According to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post the Minnesota Vikings are working out defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi on Tuesday.

Bilukidi was born in Angola and lived in France and Brazil before his family settled in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He did not play football until his senior year at St. Patrick’s High School in Ottawa.

Bilukidi played collegiate football at Eastern Arizona College before transferring to Georgia State University where he was a two-year starter for the Georgia State Panthers.  He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

Vikings QB says the team is not as good "as they think they are"

Teddy Bridgewater does not think the team is as good as they think they are

Minnesota Vikings players are confident their team will be amazing, but their quarterback does not feel they are there yet. While Bridgewater showed amazing accuracy, touch and pocket presence his rookie year and ending on a high note he is not ready to crown the team as great.

“Right now, we’re not as good as what we think,” Bridgewater said, via USA Today’s Tom Pelissero. “We know that the ceiling is very high and the expectation level is very high — not only for the players, but from a coaching staff also. We know what’s being asked of us, but we have a long way to go.”

Bridgewater finished the season on a very high note. He completing 72.1 percent of his passes over the final five games, but I like that he is remaining humble.

Minnesota Vikings released WR Greg Jennings due to a failed physical?

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, the Minnesota Vikings released veteran wide receiver Greg Jennings due to a failed physical. That injury was a minor injury to his elbow that needed surgery.

So for the Vikings fans that are salty about this cut, at least the Vikings are picking up the medical bills.
