How did each dark purveyor died before they became zombies?

Mariska: I got rrrreeeaaalllyyy high one time and while in a wheat field and my dad accidentally ran me over with a crop harvester. Brutal, but it could be worse.

Josey: I OD’d hard on a ton of groovy drugs, I probably shouldn’t have done a year long drug bender.

Lewis: I was running away from some cops, one of them shot me while I was riding my motorcycle, causing me to get into a wreck and killing me almost instantly. It’s as simple as that.

Vikke: A few other Vikings and I raided a village. One of the bastards managed to get ahold of my axe and sliced in me in half. I would be lying if I said I was not impressed that the weakling managed to get ahold of my axe.

Zed: Well unlike these losers, I have the most badass, fucking death imaginable-

Lewis: He pissed off some guy at a bar and got his ass beat to death.
