I feel like Vilicus can survive on unhealthily low amounts of sleep, and the only reason anyone (including him) can tell is because he has eye bags. Even then it usually has to be pointed out to him by someone else for him to notice. He isn't stupid or anything. He just doesn't really feel tired ever. The only times he sleeps consistently is when he's staying over at somebody else's house.
Also, Vilicus owns a pawn shop on the outskirts of Bloxville that's only open from 16:00 to 00:00. It's only open so late because he lives far enough out that it takes him a while to get there, and he would rather travel late at night as opposed to early in the morning.
