          ❛ he likes you, ❜  it’s said in observation of the fact that koromaru refused to leave the detective’s side. as loyal to his friends as he seemed to be, minato fully believed he would be  head over heels  for the first person who gave him so much as an appetizing meal let alone his most craved scratches on the head. of course, those things coupled with the fact that his friend was an excellent judge of character meant that akechi was probably someone he could trust. the leash he holds is pulled when koromaru leads the way to the park, bounding excitedly toward it and nearly pleading to be set free. who is he to deny him?

oh boy i wish i’d known how to better feel out where good writing compatibility is! i’m a lot better now at figuring out what boosts muse and what kills it, and have gotten a lot better at curating my threads around that rather than trying to force our anything thrown my way. part of that is defs just. learning what i like writing, but knowing i can drop and delete threads when they’re killing my muse to try to respond to likely would have saved a few muses along the road

“M-Man, you could’ve fooled me...” He shoots a nervous glance at the unconscious guard, just barely managing to grab onto the card, although his fingers manage to instinctively wrap around it.  “Well, that’s one thing taken care,” He nods his head slowly, appreciatively.  “...Thanks,” He glances at the card for the briefest of moments before turning his attention back to Akechi - back to the mission, rather.  “So, what’s next? I’ll follow your lead,”

Within her grasp was a wrapped object, it was obvious by the wrapping job this was something Naoto was not skilled in. The item contained inside was well hidden but if she was trying for visual appeal she failed terribly. Inside the paper was a small stack of mystery novels that she prayed that Akechi did not own yet. These were among her favorite ones to read in her spare time so she hoped he would enjoy them.

“If you already have some of these let me know and I can swap them out.”

Examine! The Akechi Briefcase

Send “Examine!” and an item or person and I’ll write an RPG description of it/them.

A silver briefcase with a black A logo on it. Now that you think about it, Goro Akechi was usually seen with this briefcase.

...So how did it end up in your office? And better yet, how were you supposed to return it to him? You didn’t even know where he lived! 

This was quite the predicament you found yourself in.

“Ah Akechi-san, I was looking for you. Could I speak to you for a few minutes?”

The elder detective smiled at him, her hands were hidden in her pockets. She’s very aware of who he is, but she wasn’t quite sure if he would recognize who she was. It’s been a couple of years since he last television appearance and several things have changed since then. Most notably the lack of  binder she wore while out in public.
