If you haven’t guessed it already... the Samosa is filled with delicious rich chocolate 🤤 for those of you who don’t know what shrikhand is - it’s a traditional Indian sweet made with hung curd and flavored with saffron and cardamom. Of course Chef Vineet’s version has a contemporary twist, flavoured with espresso and encased in a raspberry shell. Finished off with pistachio crumble! Absolutely brilliant 🙌 . Switzerland has to be one of the most beautiful and picturesque country I’ve visited! Every where you look you see a breathtaking sight 😍 . The food is equally as amazing! Visited the first fine dining Indian restaurant in Geneva, Rasoi by Vineet @chefvineet. Vineet Bhatia is a Michelin star Indian chef who is renowned for using traditional Indian cookery in a unique modern way #vineetbhatia #foodxpedia . Here we have ‘Prawns in a coconut, chilli lime sauce’ - absolutely magnificent! The presentation was beautiful, the prawns were cooked to perfection and that sauce was just mind blowing! Served with spiced mashed potato and yoghurt relish!This is truly a little plate of joy ❤️ . The experience was fantastic, service was brilliant and each plate of food served was incredible!
