The flag of the Czech Republic technically violates a treaty with Slovakia.

from /r/vexillology Top comment: When Czechoslovakia peacefully divided itself into the Czech Republic and Slovakia (oficially the Slovak Republic), one of the agreements in the treaty they made was that neither of the two countries would use symbolism of Czechoslovakia for any of their state symbols (which, of course, included the flag). But the Czech Republic adopted the flag of Czechoslovakia nonetheless.
