"I genuinely dread to imagine what you had to do when you got your first period," Yash said to Violet as they sat in the room at the town hall. It wasn't uncommon for many of Opulence's residents to volunteer to help out with preparations for new arrivals. In this instance the town had ordered a variety of care products for those who menstruated, and Yash had volunteered with Vi to pack them into little make-up bags so they could be easily handed out at the hotels and at the town hall for anyone who might need them, especially new arrivals.

⌝ In front of each person there were boxes of tampons, pads, diva cups, pain killers, heating pads, razors, soap, and a few other bits and bobs - including bobby pins which were always useful. "I actually started using these and it's not to bad," Yash stated, holding up one of the boxes that contained a basic diva cup. "It must seem wild how small all this stuff is in comparison to what you had, my Mum always complained about how pads looked like big diapers."

Work Friends || Violet&Yash

        Yashica picked the shot glass up off the bar counter as she sat next to Violet. It had been a crazy week with everything going on at the Faire and the repercussions of that, the club had a strange level of attendance that was old customers returning because they felt safe again and new customers coming in to celebrate. It was an interesting an eclectic crowd but Yash was sort of excited to get away from it for a few hours at the tequila bar.

        “It’s so weird seeing people you know on the news,” she commented to Violet, who, given her age, had probably seen way more than some individual person she knew being on the local news. “Them like filming Ryden as he walked into the station, that’s like when Lindsay was going to court, you know?”

         Yashica adjusted the small cropped top she wore, the deep burgundy shade complimenting the warm tones of her skin. It was how she dressed at work too, which may not have seem very professional but was more so than obviously how the dancers walked around. It was their own environment though and Yashica’s work clothes were definitely casual enough for the bar. “I’m still shocked everyone was human though, like I was ready to call ghosts or some kind of ancient spirit, you know?”
