Your exclusive access to viralworkouts.com
Forget about sweating for hours to record and edit videos, this is true magic! Thanks to the latest advancements in artificial intelligence technology (AI), viralworkouts is able to understand your moves while recording each exercise just for a few seconds. It’s the same technology used in the cinema industry to create realistic effects. The AI automatically creates an entire workout that you can easily edit and post online. Viralworkouts app is now in beta testing. This means that you have been selected and automatically enrolled to be one of the first trainers to test out and benefit from this superpower in fitness! And you will get it free for the first months! In the meantime, check below our tips for making the most out of your recordings. Set & background
Choose carefully the place and clothes beforehand to create as much contrast as possible and make sure you don't get indistinguishable from your background
You do not need a Hollywood set up, just a quiet space, free of clutter which distracts your viewers, be it in a clean room of your house, a park or an empty gym
Framing
Always use the phone in landscape mode - it will help you get rid of those huge black bars on the side of your video
Get enough depth with an angle at about 1 meter high from the floor and record directly from your front or a bit diagonally
Stability
Use a tripod or prop the phone on a sturdy surface
Try not to have yourself recorded by a friend as the video will be shaky and filmed from different angles
Lighting
You need bright and flattering light for the best outcome
Consider trying to stand with a window or light source to the side and slightly above, but not directly above or below
When you go outside try to go as close to sunrise and sunset as possible
Audio
Find a spot where it’s very quiet, with no loud noises, traffic, etc. in the background
Speak loudly and confidently
Consider recording the visuals only, then go back and record the voiceover in a quiet space with no distractions (and a nice plug-in USB microphone as well)
More useful tips
Make sure your phone’s battery is fully charged
Switch into Airplane Mode before filming to reduce distractions and increase battery life
Double check to be sure there are no visible logos (besides your own), water bottles, etc. in the background; choose a nice, clean frame without any clutter. A random Starbucks cup can be a huge distraction (you remember the final season of Game of Thrones, right?)
