On a crowded tram with like 200 ppl and not a mask in sight. I feel insane.

I know three people personally who've had their lives ruined by long covid. Not like. I've met three ppl in passing or heard of three ppl. Three ppl within my close personal sphere have had to give up dreams, careers, hobbies.. Their lives are completely derailed from who and where they thought they'd be.

One in ten infections will turn into a long term disability. One in ten INFECTIONS. I've already had it 2wce. So have most ppl. This is bonkers. Why are so many ppl happy to fucking roll the dice on this shit.

When people ask why you don't want to hang out currently and you have to make up a reason (even if nort entirely untrue), because you don't want to say "I've come to enjoy being alone"...

However many years into this pando thing, got my first case of being verbally abused for still wearing a mask in a shopping centre last night. Wild.

Day 5 of Covid and it fucking succcccks I don't recommend. Made it 2.5 years into this fucking pandemic without catching it and got complacent obvs. (like I know it's not my fault but I have also been easing and easing my personal risk assessment slowly and well, yeah I guess this was the natural conclusion)

I'm going alright if I have the good, speed-based cold and flu meds and some ibuprofen every 8 hours but I can only eat soft foods because my throat hurts so badly and my nose just started bleeding from being blown so frequently.

In good news my SDV farm is going great.

Lockdown extended/harshened in my city for next two weeks time to get extremely Unhinged.

Just got off a zoom chat with my lover who I haven't seen or touched or fucked in six months and it's real yearning hours over here.

He told me he was recently overwhelmed by a sudden wave of how it felt to hold me. As he was describing it he teared up. It was awful and lovely and I hate this.
