This is something I had been wanting to get done as sort of a halloween-esque piece, but it didn’t get finished in time.

In this Flagyrac is getting the drop on Vishila by using her teleporting abilties. Also I decided to use this as an opportunity to draw out an idea I had with the type of weapons Liikuzu use. Mostly its stuff that acts like claw augmentations to reinforce them.

I recently got thinking about Vishila a lot and decided to try my hand at drawing and remembering her again.This was mostly to see if I could figure out her markings and maybe reinvent her palette to be a little more streamlined.

I’ll probably have to work on remembering how to draw her wings more.

Have another doodle of Vishila. I decided to mess with her colors again and thought it would be neat if Liikuzu put a brightly colored pigment on their wings before going out to fight/work if they’re in a field that tends to be violent like body guarding or law enforcement.

Since wet pigments can gunk up the feathers and be a mess, I figure they use a dry pigment that they can put on and wash off easily afterward.

I like doing these tiny illustration speedpaints as of late. They’re a nice, quick way to try new things without sinking a ton of time into the concept.

This time I decided to do a bit of perspective related stuff, with Vishila put in. I like how she contrasts with the desert environment she resides in.

Late night doodling around with Vishila, felt like drawing her up with the rough pen and tried out some stuff with her markings using the lighter ink pen in clip studio.

Quick portrait of Vishila to start off today. I haven’t painted her at all and its been a while since I went and drawn her.

Also decided to return to gouache in clip studio for a bit.
