I’ll be teaching a 3hr workshop this Saturday on Flow Lines as a part of the @academyofvisionaryart fundraiser series 💫 Rippling waves of transparent vibration, describe energetic frequency emanating around all matter. Beyond visual perception they are like inter-connective tissue weaving patterns of something mostly felt until seen in a work of art. In this workshop I will share a presentation revealing my process, then together with the class create a new painting exploring these concepts. Suggested Materials: -16x20” canvas or watercolor paper (size is based on your preference). -Vine Charcoal (or pencil if you can’t find charcoal) -Golden Fluid Acrylics: - Titanium white - Raw Umber - Magenta - Hansa Yellow - Manganese Blue (Or any acrylics and colors that you have already will do. You can also use watercolor on watercolor paper, but make sure you have at least titanium white acrylic as well). Sydney (AEST): 3 - 6 AM Vienna (CET): 7 - 10 PM New York (EDT): 1 - 4 PM L.A.
