As general of Kronos's army, Percy liked to make it a point to meet and greet everyone that got their sorry asses captured by his soldiers.  Sometimes it was to see if they were worth recruiting, others it was just because he wanted to have a little bit of... fun before he had them killed--or killed them himself if they were worth bothering with.

"Well, well," he said as he stepped in front of the prisoner, "What do we have here?"

The Dryad and Music's Child

Humming a catchy tune to herself, Mina skipped along the tree tops, the thought of falling far from her thoughts. It was a much quicker way to maneuver through Camp Half-Blood. Less dangerous, too. No need to accidentally skewer or run over the innocent Dryad. Smiling, Mina eventually found herself where she needed to be, dropping down from the tall tree and landing gracefully on the forest floor. She knocked on the Cabin door and rocked on her heels and waited. When the door opened, the Dryad came face to face with someone unfamiliar. "Hello! Are you a new camper?" She asked with a cheery tone. She did love to meet new people, and one who was a child of Apollo was a bonus.
