Located at the north of the historical center at an altitude of 405 m, „Cetățuia” has the appearance of a plateau on which the Habsburgs have built the first fortification in the Vauban style in Transylvania back in the 18th century. Also, The Citadel Hill is an important panoramic point of the city, so it's always worth the effort, even if you come by night.
