Visual altars are awesome!
They are a simple yet creative devotional act that I spend a few minutes on a day. Adding images to a collage or collection can be super relaxing and allows you to keep your hands busy while praying or talking to your god or patron. I like to combine aesthetic elements with associations like animals, tools/weapons, herbs, colors, crystals, and other imagery. This makes them pleasing for me to look at, educational, and effective.
