Here's a video where I explain, in a vague and judgemental way, how I learned to get the Visual Kei look as a whole. It can be really hard to really capture "the look," so I'm sharing what I've learned over the years from the visual kei-style getups I've shown up to gigs in. Just some small things I'm always thinking about while doing my makeup in the morning and picking my outfits when I'm going for a viskei style. Plus, you get to see pictures of me trying too hard in high school.
