Antidepression Dance Spell
Recently, my therapist told me to dance to fight off depression. Getting up and moving helps to fight depression and release “happy hormones.” I decided to make this into a spell to combine witchcraft and science in a healing way.
First, find the strength in you to dance. This can be hard and its ok if you need time to pull the energy together to get moving. Be patient and loving with yourself :)
Second, turn on any music that you love to dance to. For me, its chill alternative dance that I can move to the music with. Hardcore, jazz, pop it doesn’t matter as long as it makes you want to move!
Third, close your eyes and visualize your movements and music raising the energy around you. Feel it? Now focus on it and see it healing you. Feel your depression melt away to the floor and the weight falling off you as you move.
Continue until you feel healed. Be careful while closing your eyes and moving : )
I just preformed this spell and it helped me so much. Now that I’m feeling better I’m relaxing with some healing tea.
