“JOSE” was produced completely independently (100% self funded by selling their apartment) by two “outsiders” without any backing of film industry or academy: director Li Cheng: Yiqing Filmmakerand producer George F Roberson. The story is based on their interviews of hundreds of young people in the 20 largest Latin American cities about their lives: love, pain, hopes and dreams
