Treachery {Luhan & Sehun}
Whether he would be working two hours a day or whether he would basically be gone for the entire day, in the end Sehun was always looking forward to seeing his boyfriend again. It had been a year since they had first met, but not once had he grown tired of the Chinese guy. If anything, he had grown more attached to Luhan by the day. No matter the huge fight they had landed themselves in a couple of weeks ago, in the end the younger would never be able to truly leave his lover behind. It was as if they had always been meant-to-be, roaming around this world on their own, until their paths would finally cross and they would complete each other.
Naturally, his mood had been in high spirits as he reached their own, safe home again, unlocking the door with a warm smile on his face. Today had been Luhan's day off, so Sehun was sure that he would be home at the moment. Cooking, most likely, or maybe watching one of his series as he loved doing when he had some spare time left. He could always be found with the little black ball of fur they had taken into their home just a few months ago, curled up together on either the couch or their bed. Quite frankly, even if Sehun had hated the cat at first, he had secretly grown fond of the little animal. When Brownie curled around his legs the moment he walked inside, meowing for food, he could not do anything but smile even wider and lean in to scratch their pet behind its ears. Something began to ring inside of him the moment he did so, though.
Why was Brownie demanding food from him, when Luhan had been home for the entire day already?
'Luhan?' the pale guy called out, straightening his legs again and leaving the cat behind for the moment. There was no response whatsoever, the only sound coming from the black animal that followed each of his footsteps, trying to gain some food out of it. A loud gasp from the male was what came next, quickly moving towards the kitchen to get the cat some food, or the next thing he knew he would be scolded by his boyfriend for starving their pet. 'Now shut up,' he ordered the cat, continuing to make his way towards the living room, with yet again the same result: no Luhan.
Strange. Very, very strange indeed.
His eyebrows furrowed into a frown as he looked around, feeling completely lost without the elder here. It wasn't unusual for him to come home to an empty house, but it sure as hell was unusual for him to not get attacked by the smaller guy when he was sure that he had gotten a day off. Especially so since he did not get any kind of message to inform him about unexpected meetings, or photo shoot, or whatever he might have been called for again. 'Lu?'
An uneasy feeling was starting to creep up his skin, hands already reaching for the mobile phone in his pocket as his footsteps continued their way to the bedroom. 'Luhan, this isn't funny! I know you're here, now get the hell out of wherever you are or I'm leaving again,' he threatened as he let the phone of his lover ring, but yet again; no response. 'I'm serious! If you don't get out right now I swear I won't come back until tomorrow!' Wary eyes shifted across the room to see if he could spot any kind of movement, but instead it was a voice on the other side of the line that caught him by surprise.
The laughter that erupted was far from being pleasant, causing goosebumps to rise over his body. Definitely not Luhan. Last time someone else called from Luhan's phone it had resulted in a huge fight between the two. He had ended up not only being distant to his lover for days, but had also lost his only friend in the process. Even so, the feeling he got from this was by far scarier than the other call had been. 'Who is this?' There was a scream in the background that made him lose the ability to breathe for a couple of seconds; no denying it was Luhan's; but what was worse was that there was also no denying that the person who was able to make such a noise was in either excruciating pain or fear. Either was bad enough.
'Yah, yah! Who the hell is this and what are you--'
It was only a second later that another message arrived, together with a dark picture that did not reveal any real clues at all. However, it was clear enough for Sehun to know exactly what was in the picture. A small frame, curled up against the wall in the corner of a dark room. He was blindfolded, definitely, and his arms led to his back so the younger assumed he had been tied up as well. That wasn't all, though. There were dark spots all over his body, wite shirt dirtied with what could possibly be the colour of blood. Fear struck him really badly at that moment. He had no idea as to where to elder could be at all, much less did he know how many others were surrounding him or what they were going to do to him. Surely, if he didn't feel the need to survive so badly for his lover, he would have fainted right that instant.
Brownie came back inside again at that moment, along with a new message and some more details.

And whether or not he was being tricked into his own grave anyway, that did not matter to him in the least. He was definitely vulnerable if he went to that place on his own, but he could not risk to leave Luhan there on his own. If he died, Sehun's life would be over, anyway.
