I've found #trust in myself & the process of my life to be the best solution. The expansion I've been gifted the last few days came due to a month of contraction. As with bringing any new life into this world, nature knows the way. Contract to expand. So here you'll not find me promoting positive good vibes only. I value the shadow as much as the light. In honouring my contractions, my expansions surprise me even more than I could've ever imagined. Wherever you find yourself today, contracting, expanding or somewhere in between, I invite you to embrace it & ask this one question - what if everything is working out & nothing's wrong? Hay una gran extensión de vida frente a nosotros, sin embargo, no podemos ver dónde está nuestro lugar en todo. ¿Entonces que? To believe I've gone backwards or to desperately want to fix or change how I feel or am reacting. Truth is all I can do is love myself exactly as I am in this moment of releasing the old to make way for the new. To remember this me, the one who's desperate for control bc so much is unknown, is as worthy of all of my love compassion & understanding, as the me who is in flow, faithful & serene. It is as simple as this sweet ones...just #love. When my instinct is to close up & protect my heart, to hide the depth of my #vulnerability, it's exactly when I need to stand tall, head up, shoulders back & heart wide open & let my vulnerability show. How would it feel to love yourself more today than yesterday? A creer que he ido atrás o desesperadamente querer arreglar o cambiar como me siento o me estoy reaccionando. La verdad es que sólo puedo amarme exactamente como soy en este momento de soltar el viejo a crear espacio por el nuevo. A recordar que este yo, quien esta desesperada de controlarlo todo porque tanto es desconocido, es tan digno de todo mi amor, compasión y comprensión como el yo que está fluyendo, sereno y en fe. Es tan sencillo como esto amores...solo #amor. Cuándo mi instinto es cerrarme y proteger mi #corazón, a esconder la profundidad de mi #vunerabilidad, es exactamente cuándo tengo que ir con mi cabeza bien alta, hombros hacia atrás y corazón más abierto y deja mi vulnerabilidad ser libre. PROCESS || PROCESO My loves, I've been in a storm of #transformation the last few months & what a ride it's been. Every day I'm clueless as to what the next step will bring, more #conscious of that #unknown than ever before.
