I've had serious homesickness set in & shared with a friend how if anyone offered to make me a cup of tea with biscuits I'd be in heaven(give me my Brits & I'd be good)! She happened to show me this beautiful journal made from recycled books & my heart leapt! I made my way to @flouncevintage & was greeted with a lovely warm smile & directed to this beauty. When I opened it & saw it was #13 in a series. 13 is a sacred number for the moons in a year, connected to feminine power & cycles - yes please! I continue on & see the first entry is about being sad & the book is from the grey island. #England found me! I then had the most magical chat with Lisa, the owner, & gave thanks for being open to receiving my messages & universal hugs in a million different ways. LIGHT || LUZ   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Magic exists in all moments. Today all of the movement in the past 5 weeks started to settle. Coming back into balance & myself I felt the call into my #Mediterranean again. TLC was what she gave along with this spectacular beginning to my evening. I'm #blessed today because I can feel, hear, touch, taste & sense it all. Taking moments to stop & watch the light reflected in the water. The fish swimming by my legs, the gentle kiss of the waves on the shore. The soft sweet squish of the sand between my toes & the awe of every sunset as though it were my first & last. Yes loves, this is what #practicalmagic is all about. It can be so simple, especially when the dust is settling on all the YES we've been saying to life. This is how I choose to see my world. Not every minute of every day, I'm human after all, but most days I feel #blessed & #grateful for the life I experience, the #love I share & receive & the connection I have with this #universe, that grows the more I stop & appreciate her little kisses to me. This was one of them & there were many more today that filled me up & reminded me that it's all more than possible, it's real. SURRENDER || ENTREGARSE   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The last week I've been gifted more than I could have ever dreamed possible. I've smiled & laughed so hard my face hurt. I've experienced an expansion of my #heartandsoul I once only imagined. I've learned what #insanity occurs on the crazy streets of #L.A. & I've had endless moments of the #divine in real life. I've also faced #heartbreak witnessing my #hometown recovering from devastation & #gratitude at being able to be present & of service to those I #love. Every time it comes back to #surrender. I could let my #fear of losing all this joy & take me away & miss out on the limitless possibilities the Universe is cueing up for me. Or I can #consciouslychoose to say yes & surrender to each breath. For me there's only one obvious choice for it's in surrendering to my truth & my heart that I've been able to receive & give so much already. ABUNDANCE || ABUNDANCIA It's so much more than #moneyhoney. Being in a beautiful seaside town where fresh cut watermelon is the most delicious treat, a trip to the grocery store is magical for the 10 min it takes for my body to stop sweating & enjoy the a.c. & actually sweating on a regular basis (yeah I'm a Texan & I miss real heat) is so hella #abundant for me. The small joys of a real summer & savouring moments I haven't experienced for so long feels like the greatest #luxury for me. And this beauties is part of what I encourage in my clients.
