Recently, I ordered from VIVIVA COLORS (https://vivivacolors.com/) company total of 3 sets of color sheets for 22 dollars per set, but the item did not arrive.

As a result of contacting the VIVIVA SUPPORT Customer Center, I heard that it is not possible to return or refund. Because it is listed as arrival of goods within the USPS system.

VIVIVA's headquarters are reluctant to accept responsibility for this by offering a 20% discount coupon for the next purchase. I wonder if you thought you would put a reorder in a company that broke the trust with customers in common sense.

I hope you don't lose money like this when you buy something from the company!

I really want to buy the Viviva watercolor palette papers for the travel kit I'm building for more idealistic times, but none of the sheets contain white paint?

Goldfinch and Peach-Leaved Bellflower @vivivacolors kindly sent me one of their colour sheets sets and I've really enjoyed using it for painted sketches of the flowers in my garden. I used it for the Blackbird and Hollyhock piece. I tried Viviva watercolour paper. Amazing bright colours, but the paper/palette turns really really messy and you cannot clean them. The colours that you laid on paper reactivate with water so you cannot really glaze your first layers and that is a problem for me as I like superposition.

Also I believe that they are inks, not watercolours. The red really stained my fingers the way Colorex or Winsor & Newton inks do.

They're fine, I'd love to try a wider colour range, but at the same time I'm not sure I would buy them.
