I don't want to be cynical, but it's kinda crazy to me how simply having a consistent set of morals you don't compromise on as a trans fem makes people so mad at you. Like if you actually care about social justice instead of being super vibes-based validcore, people will tell you that your acknowledgement of patriarchy is exclusionary. If you actually do the work to be anti-racist instead of passively reblogging without reading posts about race that, half the time, aren't even written by racialized people, you're secretly the real racist.

You have to listen and learn but never say or react to anything or challenge what anyone says or thinks or how anyone acts under any circumstances or you're excised from what scraps of "community" offered to you. But if you see that happening and decide to leave for your own community, you're an exclusionist who wants to divide the community.

It's just misogyny, right? You have to sit and nod along and keep yourself quiet until your husband can explain these difficult concepts to your dumb woman brain. Oh, but sorry, if I say that trans men are acting like that, I'm being transphobic for saying men act like men.
