I checked his Weibo and there isn't anything about him getting an official twitter. Mind confirming how you know it's actually him?

It's been confirmed on Twitter by @KunioNakayama (中山邦夫 on weibo), his close friend and the audio/visual director of the Clown Mask MV. The original information was also posted by HG-family (his team's weibo account--followed by Han Geng and the rest of his team). That's why we know it's him. :)
