The cub laid on the floor, idly flicking his tail as he watched Jafar with interest. Simba was new in the palace, a pet, or rather a gift from one of Jasmine’s previous suitors. He was still learning his way around and the ways of humans. All of it was brand new experience wise. “Y’know that snake can bite you too, right?” the cub piped up as he gazed at the staff. He was a wild animal, he’d know for sure, but as to what species it was that the little lion didn’t know at all.  Zazu had never explained what a golden and jewel covered serpent could ever do. “You’d better let it go b’fore it gets mad...”
