Hello Vlad! What do you like about your revolver? How do you use it and have you ever accidentally shot anyone?

This is an a state of the art weapon for my times but by today's standards isn't some what old. It is a 1974 Virginian Dragoon. It shoots 44 acp whereas guns in my time were very inaccurate and used blackpowder.

Interestingly enough, this pistol is also available in blackpowder but I prefer the magnum as it is a much faster load. I also like that this revolver is a single action, which means the gun can only be fired once the hammer is pulled back and the trigger is pulled. Normally a double action is preferable but the newer revolvers have a safety feature preventing the owner from holding the trigger down and repeatedly pulling back and releasing the hammer. I am able to do this with this revolver I have here.

If you are asking if I have accidentally shot anyone, no, I mean to shoot everyone I've ever shot but that was with a crossbow. I never had much access to the guns that were around in my days. If you are asking the person writing for me, the one that runs this blog... the answer is still no. She's an excellent shot and only hits the things she's aiming at... although she still needs some practice at quick draws, she demonstrates impeccable gun safety.😎
