WHAT IF KURON WASN'T EVERYTHING. WHAT IF ONE CLONE WAS SENT TO EARTH.
What if one Shiro!clone was sent to earth in order to deceive it from its insides
Taken the idea that Adam is a high ranked official of the Garrison he would well be able to change Earth's way of handling outer space and with Shiros bond to Adam Haggar would totally have a way into high commanding positions on Earth.
That would too explain why Pidge said that everyone on Earth believes they're dead, if Shiro told them so everyone would believe it.
And Mr. Holts SOS message would be explained too.
