OKAY GUYS LISTEN TO THIS BECAUSE I JUST THOUGHT OF THIS. Keith’s father is prosumed, in my mind at least, to be the first human to come in contact with an alien, fuck it and have a beautiful child named Keith Kogane.

BUT what if thats not the case! What if Keith’s father came to EARTH TO RAISE KEITH. What if Keith’s FATHER IS ALTEAN AND HE CAN DO THAT CHAMELEON THING AND— just... this just popped into my head.

Okay. A bit of an epiphany...

Anyone realize that the reasons used to try and establish Klance over all, for example, that Lance as Red, was Keith’s right hand equals canon ship.... Can ALSO be used for Shieth? I mean Keith as Red, was Shiro’s right hand.

And now we can even make a shot for Shklance if we wanted since Lance is still Red but Black is once again Shiro.

Also, “I cradled you in my arms!” I guess means that Klance is automatically canon, so by these same means, SHANCE is also canon. Or did we all forget about this? Not to mention in Season 3, when Shiro was thinking about the others after getting stranded in space, this is exactly what came up when he thought of Lance:
