Some of your favorite witches and wizards will be recording journals about their experiences at Hogwarts during the year of 1976, yes friends, 1976! That means the students will includes everyone's favorite mischief makers: the Marauders! Along with them you’ll be able to follow the lives of Lily Evans, Severus Snape, Gilderoy Lockhart, and more! We will be accepting auditions for actors as well as for writers for all of these characters. For the acting auditions we would like an in character video that shows what you think the character's vlog would be like; please try to keep the video’s under three minutes simply for the sake of time when going through auditions. (If you feel you would do better with a standard sample text, we can give you one, but we encourage original content). Aspiring writers, we would like one or two paragraphs of script for an imaginary video for your chosen character(s); feel free to include your thoughts on character development as well. There will be no more than three writers per character. As of now there is no deadline for either, but don't put it off! You may audition for as many characters as you want for both writing and acting; writers please tell us if you would be willing to write for more than one character.
In regards to the actors: your accent, race, gender identity, hair color, etc do not matter when it comes to auditioning for a character; all that matters is your ability to give the character life in vlog form!
