ah.. you've taught me to be strong at times that i was also weak as well.. okay, okay, enough of me babbling, hehe. tell gorjess unnie i said hi, even if i'm an anonymous fan!
with the last few sentences from the fan, soojung had smiled to herself and grabbed onto that camera that was beside her. soon, she had moved it around to be able to show the message that was written from her, the one that she had just read before turning the camera back around her. “it’s just the first comment i’ve read today and it’s already making me feel…well, thank you.” she tells the camera, she sinks her teeth onto her lower lip, nodding slowly. “to that fan though, whoever you may be…thank you so much for writing this to me. hopefully, you’ll take care of yourself. anemia isn’t exactly the best thing to have in the world, am i right? i love you and maybe one day, we can hang out in san francisco all together with jessica. stay strong, okay?” and with that, she merely concludes her mini video letter with a kiss transferred from her fingers, planting onto the lens before she had set the camera aside, switching it off momentarily as she would soon turn back to the laptop to be able to read through the rest of the comments.
jung soojung! it's the same backwards and forwards! ah.. my favorite line from one of your older dramas.. i've forgotten the title name, do forgive me princess! ah, unnie.. i love you so, and you've walked me through so much; and i'm also a fan with anemia so i understand the struggle while others don't. i follow your instagram eagerly too, unnie! your music selections are lovely and your smile melts the little icicles in my heart. i want to hang out with you in san fran one day!! i love you!
currently, she was just holding onto the camera that was given to her by the producers, trying to make use of it. adjusting her grip on it, she had walked over to the living room where her laptop was situated. “okay, so..right now, i’m just going to look through the fanpage to check all of your comments.” soojung’s tone was rather shy, but somehow she laughs it off as she soon sits onto the floor and moved her camera onto the side. to be able for the camera to see her, she had grabbed a pillow, setting it onto the table and placing it on top. “just so you know, i do read through your comments not just on the fanpage but on instagram too. so, here we go.”
she thought of herself as someone who probably would look lame in front of the camera. honestly, she wasn’t even sure if this was going to make the final cut for the show, but it was worth filming anyways. with her laptop, she then moves to be able to look through the comments that were written down. most of them were for sulli really, which brought her to smile. knowing the articles that have been written because of her hiatus, a lot of people probably were worried. as she scrolled down though, she was able to see one that was addressed to her.
at first, her lips were pressed together, focused on reading it. only laughing at a few things that the fan had written down. it was an adorable message honestly, one that was enough to warm her heart. sometimes she really had no idea how much these people actually loved them. sometimes she didn’t even think that she was worth their love, but somehow they always seemed to change things with words like these.
A huff escaped Sulli, her brother was laughing at her because he knew just how much she hated an anime that didn't make any sense. "We should have just watched Young Justice." Her head turned right to him, eyes narrowed before she shoved him. She didn't want to watch it, she didn't want to talk about it at all. Maybe she should have picked something else to watch, but she had such high hopes for what she was watching. Action action action! That's what she liked. She sighed, standing up slowly and kicked her laughing brother. "It's Saturday! It's anime day!" With that she walked away, going to back to her room and she sat in front of her computer making a face. She needed to get this out because she was just so disappointed, but she didn't want to turn it into a complete rant about one thing.
Sighing again, she looked over to her camera, leaning back in her seat as she thought about how she could make the video.
"Whatever."
Reaching over, she turned on the camera, took her hair down from the messy ponytail, shaking out her hair, adjusting her tank top and nodded to herself. "Let's do this." With that she reached out and pressed the record button.
So, Hi. It's been maybe over a week and you're probably thinking that I've fallen off the planet but never feeeear! Your Princess of Pillows and Nerd Awkward Tall Girl liiiiivesss but right now, she's very annoyed.
Cut.
Okay, so you know, we all have those anime that we've watched maybe one or two episodes and we can't really get into them for reasons? Like maybe the main female is too annoying, or it's a dumb plot or too cliche or whatever else. I space out on most shoujo romance things, so I usually never finish them unless .... well... I--
Cut.
ANYWAY, I watched 3 veeeeery different animes today.
Cut.
The first was Freezing. I tried it because, I wanted to give it another shot because apparently, there is a sequel coming out?
She pauses, continuing to look at the camera with a frown on her face.
Still unsure as to why I never got a continuation to Ouran High School Host Club. And we deserved a sequel to that, okay?
Cut.
Anyway, so Freezing has big boobs and a seemingly okay plot that reminds me of Queen's Blade. Let me be real on this part, completely! I just... I can't get into it. It actually angers me that I can't get into it. Because I can get over the boobs and how completely misguiding it is for someone that is very much so a fan of the tits, okay? I mean, I love boobs in anime. I believe they contribute a lot to my love. But also to my sliiiiight depression over the fact that, I'll never find any size. Believe me, I've sat up nights thinking about it. It really does keep me awake.
Cut.
The second anime was Yozakura Quartet.
She sighs, shaking her head.
Cut.
I really don't ever know what to say about it. I have actually finished it but I don't remember a dammmmmn thing that happened. So I tried to watch it again and I failed.
Cut.
I really don't know what else to even say about that because I just... nope.
Cut.
Okay so the last anime.
She pauses and starts laughing as she hears her brother outside her door chanting 'Ga Rei Zero'. She doubles over laughing before she sits up turning her head to yell back. "Yah! Shut up, you dumbass!" She continues to laugh for a few moments before getting up, opening her door, to yell at her brother before she pulls him into the room. She started shoving him while he continued his chanting. All she wanted was for him to stop, but he didn't and eventually she just ended up pushing him out of her room, poking her tongue out at him just hoping to settle it for the moment. Even though she knew it wouldn't, obviously.
Cut.
Sitting back in her chair she laughs some more, trying to keep a straight face, opens her mouth to speak but her brother opens the door, causing Sulli to jump, scream almost but continues to laugh as he chants some more and then leaves. God, she had never hated her brother more than she did right then. Even if he was absolutely hilarious, she hated him sometimes with a passion.
Cut.
Ga Rei: Zero. It's an anime that has the best opening. Bike Fu, great character set up. Excellent fights. Best ever. And then the end everyone in the cast dies.
Sulli looked right at the camera and moved closer.
Everyone dies.
Her eyes narrow and she sits back.
Cut.
Oh and you think that would only be the first episode. Nope. Welcome to the first two episodes. Welcome to getting attached to characters, that die by the end of the episode. And see, I was going to try to watch episode 3 but I try and time I just... it's no. I'll finish it but it's just.. one day. It's just.. I hate when I get attached to characters and they die! It's like Harry Potter all over again but 24 minutes and not half of a book series, you know? It's sooooo... frustrating.
She sighs and shrugs her shoulders.

Anyway, that's it for now! As you all know in Seoul, South Korea and I plan on doing a bunch of things eventually. You know, instead of just sitting around and bitching about anime. But anyway! This time I wanna know, what is an anime you have never been able to get into? Leave your answers in the comments bellllllowww! Oh and I wanna thank everyone for their comments on twitter and etc etc for hoping I settle in and stuff and blah blah. Thank you and that's all! Paaayce.
She hears her brother singing in the background and she gets up, stomping out of her room, yelling his name and cursing all the while until he starts laughing and telling her to sing with him.
