“It’s hard to build up trust, especially with yourself. It’s okay to doubt yourself once in a while, no one is perfect. It’s okay to make mistakes, too. We learn from those mistakes, so we can do better for ourselves. What I’m saying is, don’t give up and don’t be so hard on yourself.”
