Just finished the top chef knife it’s an 8” pattern welded chef knife, 15n20 and 1084 steel with stabilized maple scales. I make these knives with @ckm.works I forge out the steel and he does the grinding and scales. It’s been a really fun and rewarding collaboration. Current stock. I’ve been having trouble finding 15n20 for making Damascus so I’ve been experimenting with a few new things lately. A couple of canister pieces and a wrought iron San mai in there.
