Nissan Vmotion 2.0 Wins EyesOn Best Concept at NAIAS

The Vmotion 2.0, a concept vehicle showcasing Nissan’s new sedan design direction, is the winner of the 2017 EyesOn Design Award for Best Concept Vehicle. The concept vehicle also received the award for Best Innovative Use of Color, Graphics and Materials. The announcement was made Tuesday at the 2017 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) EyesOn Design Awards ceremony, just a day after the vehicle’s global debut.

One of the premier awards in transportation design, the EyesOn Design Awards – selected by a panel of design leaders from around the globe – honor the best production & concept vehicles making their auto show debut in Detroit.

Heute wollte ich mal wieder eine VM migrieren und dabei musste ich feststellen, dass dieser Punkt “ausgegraut” war. Nun kann dies schon mal vorkommen, wenn zum Beispiel noch eine ISO-Datei eingebunden ist. Local VMware cloud partner, Routed, appointed as Africa’s first global DRaaS provider Local vendor neutral cloud infrastructure provider, Routed, has been listed as one of ten global providers of  VMware’s Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS). As the only South African company to feature on this list, Routed has further established itself as one of the leading VMware cloud service providers. In November 2019, Routed was also the first company within Africa to become a VMware Cloud Verified partner.  Routed Managing Director, Andrew Cruise, says that this is a significant achievement: “We are extremely proud to reach such important milestones within months of each other. As a dedicated VMware partner, Routed is committed to assist enterprise customers, wholesale partners, resellers and affiliates to deploy and utilise the power of VMware technology, and in this case, its DRaaS solution.” While being listed on the website as an official provider is an achievement, Routed, along with the other nine international service providers have also been hard coded into the VMware vSphere 7 client software: “As an essential services delivery mechanism for the modern hybrid cloud, VMware vSphere 7 is the biggest evolution of vSphere in over a decade.
