Yasu wasn't sure what to do at first, so as Quinn spoke, he remained silent for a few moments. If it was just him, he probably would've been a bit more prepared, but he wasn't the only one who had to deal with what had happened, and that made things... More difficult for him.
But, Yasu had more or less been to war, however small and localized said war might've been, and, regrettably for him, he had gotten...somewhat adept at pushing aside this kind of feeling.
"Listen... It happens."
Light words, maybe, but his tone was anything but.
It took him another few moments to look at Quinn again. He wasn't cut out for this kind of talk, but she was his friend, so he was trying his best.
"It was a mistake. They can't be brought back to life, probably. You said it yourself, you didn't have bad intentions. The target had what was coming to them." Or so he assumed.
