also I’m strongly resonating with Arthur Dent this morning seeing as I was just informed by a renovation crew that they were going to demolish the bathroom in our flat, -before- I had managed to even approximate something like having breakfast seriously these people are such vogons. “We’re going to tear out your kitchen and bathroom and raise your rent! you’ve got to force unwanted renovations on tenants!”
