Spoke & Minute backstory 1/2
Spoke and Minute are Voidling's and they used to live in the void empire. The void empire is also like a a big city that has a royal family that makes the big decisions while courts handle the lower stuff. If something can't be fixed by the courts then it moves up to the Royal family and they try to fix it.
Spoke and Minute are cousins, Minute was supposed to be the person to take the main rule, doing most of the work. But Spoke's mother thought he was the more fit ruler and constantly push Spoke to do better or to be better then Minute. This made a one way hate between the two, Spoke hated Minute but Minute loved his cousin.
When Minute was 15 and Spoke was 14 the void empire was attacked by a high rank watcher. The void empire was a peaceful one they didn't have a military built It up. The little protection they had did nothing to stop the watcher. All of the royal family except for Minute and Spoke, because Minute's father got them out of the castle as soon as the alarm sounded.
The watcher went on a rampage eventually coming face to face with Minute, who was protecting a passed out Spoke (he got hit by some falling debris). The watcher was bragging about how he killed all the royal family and pulled Minute's little sister's head.
When Spoke woke up he saw a bloody and weak Minute standing over a dead watcher. Minute held a dagger that he always carried in his boots to the watcher's neck and split its throat and skinned it's wings right in front of Spoke.
Minute didn't know that Spoke was awake, so when he saw that his cousin saw what he did he knew it was best for both of them to leave. Minute carried Spoke over to a dimension portal that was for the royal family only and typed to a code. He remember that his cousin loved winged creatures even though he had never seen them, he remember when they were little Spoke ranting about how much he loved parrots. Even though that love seem to just die down a bit he was going to give his cousin a new life that he liked.
Minute gave Spoke the dagger that was still covered in blood and smiled. Before pushing him into the portal.

"Sava! Jinx! I found a unconscious Voidling in the forest" A young voice called out.
Sava, the leader of the tribe and Jinx, the healer ran over to the to boys with a worried expression. Sava put a red wing on the Voidling's shoulder and took a look at Jinx then said "Parrot, let's carry him over to the medic house. Jinx, treat him like he's one of our own once he's awake and stable we will ask him questions."
With that the 3 carried the Spoke to the medic tent, but they failed to notice Minute observing from just in front of a portal. Minute turned to the green figure that stood beside him and gave her a smile. "That's all I wanted, they look like they can take care of my little void. Now what was that offering you gave me" Minute questioned.
The listener gave him a small smile and said "well you said you wanted revenge on the watcher and I happened to have a small hatred for them too. How would you like to become a gladiator for me?"
Minute faced the portal and gave a scary wide smile considering that he was still covered in that watcher's blood. "Sure, as long as you train me Xia"
