had to take a few pics of the outfit hime was in before her new outfit came. all from a acbjd order gifted by @dolliesanddelights back in march (most of the pics turned out blurry so FINALLY i took the few that were ok and scattered them into here.. hime is so pale sometimes my camera just blips her out of existence...) anyway that whole order was 99% for her LMAO!! she a babe though so what could i do 😫💦💦
I was lucky enough to get a few pieces from deadliciousdesigns on instagram a bit ago!! the two pastel shirts and second skirt are for @dolliesanddelights 🥰🥰 And the supreme/nope set are actually for honeybee, though she is bodiless at the moment so i can’t try them on her... 😂 i am really cutting it close with risking minifee clothes tho, the body i am considering now is similar in size to hime’s body here and these only juuuust fit hime... but i will hope for the best!! 💦

Sewing some tights with this fabric for Miss Void! She really needs more stuff to wear. (*stares nervously at that leather skirt I need to finish*) I finally made myself try this on the sewing machine using a zigzag instead of doggedly sewing my own zigzags by hand, and it turned out... ok!! It only ate a little bit, and I’ve been using the tissue paper method when in doubt. (Sewing stretch on machines is so stressfuuulll) My machine probably could use some tuneups in the tension.. maybe an oiling? (i’ll have to print out the manual and teach myself how to do that sometime..)
Anyway, I think this pattern is actually a bit too tight with this fabric- I only barely got it on her! While it is stretchy jersey, it’s nothing like the soft 4-way stretch t-shirt fabric i keep buying and using. I’ll adjust this template for hime going forward.. I got this fabric in the clearance bin so I got more to play with. Just thinking about clearance fabric bins makes me jittery... must... shop... for bargains
Happy new year!! I was too tired this week with all the goings-on, but here’s my 2019 end-of-year photo! I didn’t get to this for 2018, which I regret- but my little family doubled since then, so it feels like a great time to start! These photos aren’t the best, but I didn’t wanna set something fancy up when me and the boo are in the middle of re-arranging our bedroom- I’ll save that for when they’re ready for photoshoots this year. 💦

I included Sunny and Kazari for the time being since the two seem to like to hang out on my shelf instead of being boxed- but I haven’t decided if I’ll keep them yet, hence them not being named. I’m excited to see how this bunch evolves by the end of 2020! I have some 2019 reflections and 2020 doll/craft goals forthcoming, if I can sit still long enough to get to them!! 😂
boo helped me do a spontaneous dollmore shopping spree in january (i am so fucking spoiled honestly;; ugh) when dollmore was running a killer sale on all their clothes... i would absolutely love to get more from them (and some SHOES)... they shipped it SO FAST and everything looked fantastic. i might take in the track pants on chase a bit more (or add in an elastic) at the ankle for a cooler look, but otherwise i am just... 😍😍 my boo styled the middle outfit chase is in, so of course it’s their default look now. LOVE it. Also hime looks so damn good in fishnets with skirts. Note to self: MORE SKIRTS. That leather skirt is actually one of my wips, it just needs a snap... (I am so lazy about adding snaps... why.. at least it’s not velcro... 😱)

(Her faceup isn’t even done and she’s so pretty, I can barely contain myself. The wig matches her eyeshadow perfectly and I was totally eyeballing it 😭 Also heck I HAVE to blush her hands and give her nail polish now. Her hands are TOO pretty.)
