Krexis did not like anything about being on Mars.
If the sheer number of Cabal troops stationed on the planet weren’t bad enough, the environment was another huge obstacle; at least she didn’t have to go digging through sand to get anything done on Earth. From what she had heard lately, the roving bands of Wolves were a potential problem as well, but she was less likely to encounter them. And the Vex, well... they were a mystery, though an ever-present one.
She reached up with one hand to brush some dust from the furred collar of her cape, the other primary one pulling the shock pistol from her belt as she entered the old building—some sort of... ruined transit hub, perhaps. It looked unoccupied, at least from a cursory look around, but it never hurt to be too careful.
From what she had picked up on, most troop movements were happening elsewhere, for the moment, so she was going to take the opportunity to safely explore while she could.
